I haven't noticed this being discussed; I spotted it on my weekly check
on VSI's Twitter.

SQL Relay seems to be an open-source database client, with a server that
can connect to a variety of databases (Oracle, MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL,
SAP/Sybase, IBM DB2, Informix, Firebird and SQLite) using their own
clients.
