I went through the same invalid password, reset password cycle and it worked for me.  Along the way there was a link for you to contact the "Board Administrator" if you were having problems.  So try this link: <https://forum.vmssoftware.com/memberlist.php?mode=contactadmin>  and see if you can get help.
