I wasn't clear in my response; I did not mean to draw a distinction between the 
Proliant Intel vs. the Proliant AMD series.

iLO is motherboard CPU-agnostic; it's the same iLO for a DL380 and DL385 (the 
nomenclature is such that for the Proliant line, the xx5 variant is with an
AMD CPU).
