Maybe RMC gave some additional functions compared with the basic console.
But I have successfuly managed our DS20e Alpha servers remotely by just
having access to the concole port using a terminal server for each server.
Including configuring the FC access to the corporate SAN system using
that "nice" WWIDMGR tool...

Just as the console port itself. But of course, direct network access is
what everyone expects today...
