[Info-vax] Problems configuring SA-controller

When I had to reconfigure an SA controller (in an inherited RX2660), MSA$UTIL refused to alter the configuration because some of the drives had been taken out of the chassis and were thus offline. So I had to reboot and access the SA firmware with the F-key during the power-on sequence, and delete all of the existing drives and partitions. After that, MSA$UTIL happily created the configuration that I really wanted from scratch.
