You are correct
Until I moved onto a VXT, and then Windows with terminal emulation, I
used VT420 & another I cannot remember
The VT420 only allowed 2 terminal sessions, but they were limited to
9600, so slower than the usual 19200 over the same wire. As a result I
got hold of another that allowed more flexibility, and I managed three
or 4 terminal server sessions, with the switch key defined to be the
next session escape sequence, all at 19200. It worked very well as long
as I set up the sessions properly. However no cut/paste between sessions
so I often edited files over DECNET
Usual thread drift!
