Not "stuck with". Having them in our tool-box, and good tools. Logical
names are very useful and file versions very convienient.

What a complete piece of BS. Replacing a logical lookup, that is more
or less with no overhead at all, with a LDAP call? Come on...

I know you are always trying hard to find points to bash VMS,
but this one becomes just silly.
