I can use SEARCH.

And I may even be able to be a bit selective as I know
at least one case where this logical would be set: if
something running in JVM (Java, Jython, Rhino etc.) need
to use SQLite.

But I still consider it to be nice if there
were a comment directly associated with the
logical.
