I don't see 161 in this folder, but 160 and 162 is.

However, this link may be of interest: Looks like 161 is the CI design std.

STD 161-0 - Computer Interconnect Specification

However, it does not seem to be anywhere on the net. Perhaps, there may have
been some restrictions on posting and/or releasing this spec?
