Using a static wrist strap,or other grounding to frame, try removing
the ram dimms and reseat them. Also, check that the ram occupies the 
correct slots for the configuration. It may be fussy about ram install
order. Finally, check the motherboard leds, if fitted, a they
should flag the error...
