It does not say.
But there are no new standard to follow for Basic and Pascal.
I doubt Cobol and Fortran will support newer standards. Very few
are interested in newer Cobol standards. And I believe the Fortran
roadmap is to look at flang later.
That leaves C and C++ as candidates for upgrades. And I believe
the plan is to support two flavors traditional VMS and clang. I am
pretty sure that they will support traditional VMS on above timeline.
Whether they will support clang and what version I don't know.
