[Info-vax] How to build WASD on a VAX (VMS 7.3)

Which package are you attempting to build?

VAX 32bit accommodations were phased out with WASD v12.0

The most recent VAX releases may be found at

If compiler issues remain (for whatever reason) the package may be built
using the -VAX.ZIP object module archives. The current build
instructions remain applicable to VAX.

Anyone, who using social-media, forms an opinion regarding anything
other than the relative cuteness of this or that puppy-dog, needs
seriously to examine their critical thinking.
