Interesting.

So C, C++, Fortran and Cobol are just around the corner
23H1.

But since they are not mentioned then Pascal and Basic
are not around the corner so 23H2 or later.

Java 8 is also expected 23H1.

No mentioning of Java 17 which must mean 23H2 or later.

Which I think is a small slip (except for Java).

Yearly release should be fine. The VMS world is not really
interested into super-frequent VMS upgrades.
