It is working now. Still waiting for the next hang

I will repeat this when it actually hangs
UCM SHOW EVENTT shows only the normal messages at boot time, but nothing
at the time of the hang.
SYS$SYSTEM:USB$UCM_DEVICES.DAT: (currently the Western-digital is
connected, The seagate I used previously gave the same problems)
