When Starmer was elected a couple of years ago, I thought he might be
the way we get rid of BJ, but he's turned out to be even more useless
than BJ. Putting Starmer into number 10 is not going forwards, but is
going backwards.
He's had two years and we still don't know how he plans to run the
country or what policies he plans to implement. Nothing. We get some
Joe Biden style ideological stuff unrelated to the actual concerns of
people but we don't get any actual policies that mean anything to the
people he wants to vote for him.
He has shown no leadership and has shown no power behind that leadership
that would show people he has his party under control. If he falls into
number 10 in the current situation, we are going to have a bunch of
people all doing their own things and screwing up the country even more
than BJ.
Regardless of what you might think of him, Tony Blair had strength and
clearly had his party under control at this point. You knew what you were
getting before you voted for or against him. Starmer has done nothing
like that.
Simon.
PS: It's now 2 months after Durham, so we should be finding out any
day if he's going to be fined...
