Well, whoever did it, it was still a gross act of stupidity. As for the
greens, they would take humanity back to the stone age if they could
get away with it. All the BS about renewables ability to power a
modern civilisation is obvious to any engineer with a brain. How to
bring down a modern, high energy density civilisation ?, close down
all the most powerful energy sources in favour of windmills.
Civilisation progresses primarily through advances in the sciences and
access to cheap, reliable and dispatchable energy sources. We were
supposed to have worked out all the ethics stuff centuries ago, but
looking at the state of the world, the Ukraine conflict, one has
doubts...
