Fortunately, the mad Russian knows all too well that if he used nukes
anywhere, all the major Russian  cities could be levelled at short
notice. The result would be horrendous for the whole world, but the
present situation is international politics on knife edge. For all
our sakes, lets hope all the leaders handle this with care. The mad
idea has prevented nukes from being used almost since ww2 and still
applies...
