At this point, I am trying to find out how to obtain a license for this version. I have sent messages to HPE, and VMS Software but neither has been able to assist me. My 3100 Model 40 will be used for strictly personal use, no business use. Can anyone here guide me on how I can accomplish this? Any help at all will be greatly appreciated.

VSI has nothing to do with VAX/VMS.
