[Info-vax] Processes hang on USB-access

I tried to switch on tracing again after the last restart of the 
machine. But when I did, I saw no traces of operations on DNA2, while 
I'm sure it is functioning. Then I did:

So no IPR now?????? no I/O operations listed?????
I'm sure the USB-disk is working. I'm performing BACKUP and the 
backup-save-set is still growing.






Then I checked the USB-DRIVE on the boot-member of the failing one. This 
one is already working over 200 days without a hang. It shows in SDA the 
same sort of output as shown above. So also no IPR and no I/O operations.


What is going on?????

At least I will let the backup run for now to see if it also hangs in 
this "setup".
