[Info-vax] Latest ghostscript now available for VMS

I have posted a zip file containing a port of Ghostscript 9.55.0 for 
Alpha, IA64, and X86_64 at
https://theberrymans.com/php_kits/ghostscript_9_55_0.zip

This kit is fairly complete as shown below.

The only thing missing is the OCR device as that is written in C++ and 
won't compile using the currently available VMS C++ compilers.
(It may be that I am chomping at the bit a little bit awaiting the 
completion of the compiler work currently being furiously worked on at VSI).
