Not necessarily. Show me VMS/Redis Cache, VMS GitHub, something to load 
my VMS Tier3 ASCII files to GitHub

To be brutally honest
VMS is dead

If someone can show me an easy way of getting ASCII fils CR/LF into a 
GitHub repository I am happy to do it
