Thanks for the feedback, tried that command as @Arne suggest (set proc/parse=ext) but still gave the same error, so whent to search the command to see what volume type is (http://odl.sysworks.biz/disk$axpdocsep021/opsys/vmsos731/vmsos731/6017/6017pro_040.html)

Volume Status:  ODS-2, subject to mount verification, write-through XFC
      caching enabled, write-back XQP caching enabled.

So no luck in my case, gona follow the simply solution but will try to inquire anyway if the volume could became a ODS-5 in the future.
