Hollerith constants as in:

	iv = 4hABCD

were removed but still described
in Fortran 77. And supported in VMS Fortran.

Hollerith descriptor formats as in:

100	format(4HABCD)

were removed in Fortran 95. But still supported
in VMS Fortran.
