If we move up one level where the file is supposed to be, we can't see anything; directory is forbidden.  If I do a cd ..\ECOKITS (or equivalent in filezilla)   then I'm in the directory with the master list.  Its just not visible if you don't know its there.

I thought they had retired the sftp server and were exclusively using
the service portal.
