Probably not.
And note that many web sites does not need that crazy much bandwidth.
Some web service calls sending NNN byte HTTP headers and MMM byte
JSON in request and response does not require that much.
NN KB web pages and NNN KB graphics does not require that much.
Streaming HD and 4K video require a lot!
(I believe around respectively 5 and 25 Mbps per client)
