*Sigh*. Since you obviously then are incapable of checking what your
question was, or remember it, I guess I'll have to quote it for you:
"On a more serious note, I wonder what the maximum rate VMS is capable
of emitting data at if it was using the fastest network hardware
available. "
Now, where was there any talk about "the same hardware running another OS"?
All you said was "the fastest network hardware available". How hard can
this be to read?
