[Info-vax] VSI has released SQL Relay for VMS x86-64

VSI has released SQL Relay client for VMS x86-64.

That means that programs written in the traditional native
languages (I have tested C, C++, Pascal and Fortran but I assume
Cobol and Basic work as well - Basic when it hopefully soon
get released) to access practically any database that can be
accessed from Linux or Windows (I have tested with MySQL,
PostgreSQL, Oracle DB, MS SQLserver, IBM DB2, Rdb and Mimer).

Probably not so important for porting as SQL Relay for VMS
was first made available 2 years ago so it is probably
not used by that many applications yet. But going forward
the ability to access whatever databases the company use
is important.
