I believe VSI has already provided that. EDB seems to focus on
migrating people from Oracle to PostgreSQL and claims to offer an
"Oracle-compatible" version of PostgreSQL. The relatively small number
of people running Oracle Classic on VMS who are currently up a creek
might be an interesting market for a smaller company even though they
aren't interesting to Oracle. Jan Karremans, according to his LinkedIn
profile, is a member of the OpenVMS Community there, so he's at least
heard of it.
