Just a small correction, his name is Cutler, not Culter.
As for BUGCHKs, they're best left to system level things such as device
drivers. I think users would be rather displeased if a program kept
taking down the operating system with it given bad inputs :-D
I faintly recall using an '&' in a certain way on VMS 4.2(?) would
crash it.
