That would avoid the need for GCC.
But I don't expect ACT to reinstate VMS support.
So someone will need to take the GNAT LLVM stuff and
the VSI LLVM stuff and make it all work on VMS.
Maybe it will happen. Maybe not.
Do you know if the GNAT LLVM thingy will generated binaries
with dependencies on GPL'ed stuff without linking exception
like normal GNAT GPL?
