[Info-vax] VMS Alpha, Java 1.5, PermSize

VMS Alpha and Java 1.5 does not recognize:

-XX:PermSize=32m

(or any other value)

even though I think it should:
- 1.5 on other platforms has it
- user_guide.html that came with installation has it

Any suggestions?
