[Info-vax] EISNER downtime from 12-JUL-2023 through 17-JUL-2023

EISNER will be down from 12-JUL-2023 through, hopefully, not past 
17-JUL-2023. Rob sent the following to me:

         VSI is moving to a different colocation facility next week.

         The system will be shut down late morning eastern time on
         Wednesday, and come up sometime over the weekend.

We'll have to change the IP address in DNS, and I don't have that yet, 
so I'm not exactly sure when that'll happen.

Hopefully we'll get everything squared away soon after this weekend.
