On 7 March AVTware, EuroVMS, BGSoftware and user group Interexperience, organized an OpenVMS-event in Eindhoven (NL).
There was a good turnout with 60 people from 8 countries.

We had presentations by Jan Magnusson and Adam Hoff-Nielsen of VSI about their company, long term strategy and roadmap.
Then Camiel Vanderhoeven gave an overview of the challenges to move from VAX/Alpha/Itanium to X86, and meanwhile keeping all programs compatible.
Before and after the lunch we had 2 database-presentations by Wolfgang Burger and Jan Karremans, followed by a life OpenVMS on VMWare ESXi-demo by Thilo Lauer.

The presentations and the X86-demo by Thilo Lauer can be downloaded from https://bgsoftware.nl/openvmsforumeindhoven or https://portals.wetransfer.com/reviews/5cb26b81-3bba-4ee6-a8d4-a049bd4b6695

At the end of the event we had a short overview of AVTware.
Ralf van Diesen, CEO of AVTware, will give a more complete overview of AVTware on Tuesday 4 April 11am. This is the registrationlink: https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZwpfuipqTwpEtRifW1mEX_7To9bBPyun0ZT
