[Info-vax] Death of Bruce Claremont

Dear friends, clients, and users of our software,

It is with heavy hearts that we write to let you know that Bruce Claremont, owner and founder of Migration Specialties, Inc., died on May 6 in an airplane accident together with three of his friends. Bruce leaves his mother and two sisters behind. Our first thoughts are with them in this difficult time.

We’ve had the privilege of working with Bruce for the last 15 years as we developed, sold, and supported the FreeAXP and Avanti emulators. Bruce was a great, utterly reliable person to work with, and we will miss him terribly.

As Bruce often talked about the devastating impact of wildfires on Colorado forests, you may wish to donate in his memory to the Colorado Tree Coalition (www.coloradotrees.org).
