Would this by chance be the same people who created a lot of web sites 
that have since exposed privacy data, leaked information everywhere, 
allowed cross site vulnerabilities, allowed remote exploits, caused 
downtime of days and weeks for critical parts of company operations and 
in general have been the source of countless problems, errors and reports?
