Thanks Rob and Stephen.

Rob, do you think this is a failing hardware problem or a DoS probing
vulnerability problem ?

Do you have any evidence from the logs to show whether attackers have
found the new SSH port yet ? If not, and if it's not hardware failing,
then that means there's another unknown DoS issue active.
