Increasing spare servers made it possible to increase performance for
nop.txt from 11 to 22 req/sec.

But OSU (with no tuning at all) nop.txt gives 373 req/sec. Which may
not be great, but is good enough for me.

Maybe I should try get PHP working with OSU or WASD.
