David Muir traveled 1067 miles through six states over the weekend interviewing prospective voters. In Covington, KY his stop obviously was a square dance (although at the end of the piece he called it a "barn dance"). In addition B roll of a dance in progress they had static talking heads (about the election) they had one shot of David Muir and a local partner promenading around the square (at which point he asked "how am I doing?"). My congratulations to the local dancers who got him into a square to liven up the political piece and demonstrate getting younger dancers into square dancing :-) -- Larry Kilgallen From squarekopp at gmx.de Mon Nov 20 16:54:01 2006 From: squarekopp at gmx.de (squarekopp at gmx.de) Date: Mon, 20 Nov 2006 22:54:01 +0100 Subject: [Squaredancing] Big Surprise! Message-ID: <20061120215401.291930@gmx.net> In Chicago they did a scientific research: from patients with moderate heart disease, one group were sent for rehabilitation to treadmills and standing bikes, the others to a waltz course. Big Surprise! Half a year later, those dancing were not only better off healthwise, they also had more joy of living. Who would ever had thought about that!
