   Recall?  No, but I think I can find it.  On mine, I see a
little (littel?), green, through-hole, Littelfuse 1.5A fuse
("PICO II"?) inear the lower front corner of the board, near a
15MHz canned oscillator.  It seems to be connected to the LED
at the other end of the board.

   My LED lights when I power on the external disk drives,
even when the computer (VAX 4000 model 200) power is off, but
with no devices connected, computer power does it, too.
