Not sure if this will work, but you can try:

PIPE  SHOW DEV/FILES/NOSYS disk: | search SYS$INPUT <fileyou're looking for>


This listing includes version numbers. However, I am not sure if it
includes installed shareable images. But it does give you the PID of
each process (so you get multiple listinfgs per file if multiple
processes access that file).
