SDA = System Dump Analyzer

ISTR it's invoked with ANALYZE/SYSTEM

A HELP ANALYZE /SYSTEM command might provide a little more enlightenment.

Reading a dump and extracting useful information takes some practice! 
It also requires some knowledge of system internals.
