...; also however, do heed the complaints because they let the "do-ers"
know what needs to be done!

For example: cell phones, Windows, PDAs, etc. didn't come about because
somebody said, "Wouldn't it be cool if ...", they happened because
somebody first said, "Isn't it a pain that ...".

As Lenny Bruce said, you need the (nut) to tell you when you're blowing
it!
