RSX-11M-Plus made it easy to use separate I/D space.  It was just a 
switch on your compile command line and a switch in the task builder. 
(If you were programming in Macro-11, you used separate I- and D-space 
PSECTs instead of a switch on the MAC command line.)

Now if you were programming without the benefit of an operating 
system, you would find that using separate I/D spaces was no more 
difficult than using the rest of the memory management hardware.
