[Info-vax] AVAIL_MAN Itanic Hobbyist License?

I saw that a PAK for HP AVAIL-MAN was included into the VMS hobbyist
program.

Has anyone experiences with it?

I recently got PAKs for my Alphas/Itanic and found no AVAIL-MAN for I64...

What did I miss?
