[Info-vax] Need help mounting shadow set

I've been following this threaad with some interest, but I'm wondering what
version of VMS you are running; I'm assuming it's a version .lts. V7.3-2, since
I think that's about the time that one could start shadowing "dissimilar"
disks.

If I'm correct (or close), the I suppose an OS upgrade is out ofthe question? 
Lots of neat "new" features became available during that timeframe.
