[Info-vax] retro VMS hardware

George Cook donated some H4000s and H4005s as well as a generous length
of virgin Etherpipe.

I found the stash of old etherpipe terminators I held and installed them
but I can't seem to locate the tap-tool. :(

If there's anyone with one that they'd like to donate to this effort, I
would greatly appreciate it.
