[Info-vax] Vax zip.exe that won't run on a particular computer

   This system has an earlier version of cma$tis_shr than the one your
   program was built against.  Might be an earlier version of VMS, or
   might be a difference in applied ECOs.  Relinking the program from
   object on this system will fix that.
