No the first group of "users" aren't developers at all.
They are in the production line holding some barcode scanner...
No, I ment there are different groups of "users" with very
different knowledge of what VMS is. The point was that one
can not just say "user should" or "user should not" without
defining what one realy mean with a "user"...
Anyway...
