This turned up today.  There have been some recent news reports here.
It appears the media is now starting to track down people still here
on expired visas and people here working under tourist visas.

I wonder how many MBAs bothered to read the line:  "Tourist Visa
process for a purpose not intended such as for a Fiancee Visa
courtship or to help the applicant work or study in the U.S., the
Tourist Visa application will be summarily denied."
