CY,

NTP itself just synchronizes time in UTP and does NOT care about
daylight savings time switch ! So if you have been using DTSS before -
which DID to take care of DST, you now need to use the OpenVMS feature
(available since V7.3) by setting the SYSGEN parameter AUTO_DLIGHT_SAV
= 1. Note that this is NOT a dynamic parameter and required a reboot
to be activated.
